Returns or refunds are accepted only in the following cases: 1. Unworn and unused jewelry Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging. Jewelry showing any signs of wear will not be accepted. 2. Damaged or defective items upon arrival If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Clear photos or videos must be provided as proof. 3. Incorrect items received If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery.
